Question 1

Do you come to me, or do I come to you?

Accepted Answer

We operate as a mobile service across the greater Sacramento area — we bring the equipment to your home or workplace. Some services, particularly multi-stage correction and coatings, are better performed in a controlled environment. Call and we will tell you honestly which applies to your vehicle.

Question 2

What do you need from me on the day?

Accepted Answer

Access to the vehicle and enough room to work safely around all four sides. If we are detailing at your location, we will confirm any power or water requirements when you book — arrangements vary by service, so we cover it on the call rather than assuming.

Question 3

How much does a detail cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the vehicle’s size, its current condition and the level of correction it needs — a lightly-used daily and a neglected show car are not the same job. Rather than publish numbers that would not apply to your vehicle, we quote after we have seen it or discussed it in detail. Call (408) 829-5249 for a straight answer.

Question 4

How long will it take?

Accepted Answer

It depends entirely on scope. A maintenance wash is a fraction of the time a multi-stage correction takes. We give you a realistic time window when we quote, and we would rather tell you a job needs a full day than rush it into an afternoon.

Question 5

Is paint correction safe for my car?

Accepted Answer

When performed correctly, yes. Paint is measured and assessed before any machine work, and the correction level is set to what the paint can safely take. If a panel has been refinished or has thin clear coat, we will tell you and adjust the approach rather than push it.

Question 6

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Call or text (408) 829-5249, or send the booking request form on this page. The form sends us your details — it is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We follow up to confirm a date and time with you directly.
